All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any digital products. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you cannot return or exchange digital products once they are downloaded.

7. Licensing and Usage

When purchasing a product from DOSE.WEB:

• You are granted a personal license to use the Shopify theme or custom work.
• The license is for one store or one use per customer.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or share the purchased product in any form.
• The license is non-transferable and for personal use only.

8. User Accounts

To access purchased products, you must create an account on DOSE.WEB. Once your products are downloaded, your account is no longer needed. However, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and you may not share login information with others.

9. Prohibited Activities

Customers are strictly prohibited from:

• Reselling any purchased digital products.
• Sharing purchased products for free or by any other means.
• Distributing account credentials to others.
• Using any DOSE.WEB product on multiple stores or accounts without purchasing additional licenses.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of London, United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London.
